Dj Swiggs has came back and claimed his throne, respectfully. Party after party including personal life, and still finding time, coffee, and advil. With a very organized and defensive team behind his back, Swiggs always manages to get this done with or without you. Now what I love the most about him is ” What can you bring to the table?” ” How can we all prosper?” He thinks with a constructive mindset placing people on his team in positions they can expand in as team members and individuals.
ConnectNation has become a great form of expansion as a team and as individuals. This past weekend’s party was a huge success, a blast! We had ConnectNation’s very own Bubblez and Dakota , shaking the building just as well as Swiggs, & Spizz, as per usual. Creating a team has allowed dancers, producers, vocalist, and other artist to reconnect and the memories are amazing! We have the opportunity to work with one another and be united. “This our ish you heard? We gon go left field with this one.” I’ve never seen, nor attended a party where Swiggs didn’t shake the building.
“The block got my back and my boys do too.” – Fabolous . Anywhere Swiggs is, the team is THERE! Any post he makes, the team is THERE! That’s real Jersey love and dedication for you! He’s gon’ so far as to making sure he pushes his team forward each day personally and business wise. There’s a time to laugh, and a time to discuss. After shaking each building Swiggs attends a daily 9am-5pm with little to a 2 hour nap, charged. How can we become better than who we were yesterday? You start by changing those around you. Managing has been fun, I’m never disappointed. I can be out and receive a phone call, texts, and videos of ladies, bottles, and capacity limits. That’s all I need to see, Swiggs has not only gotten back into what he’s known for, but what he loves.
