Lately, I have become very busy with more projects and getting out more. I stopped attending events for personal reasons, that prevented a lot of networking. Guess what? I’m back, and the comeback is harder. I surrounded myself with individuals who all had the same goal, patience with me, and intentions for the future. Things don’t have to be rushed when they are, personally, I don’t feel accomplished or like the project is accomplished. I take my time with everything to ensure no mistakes. With that being said, being given the opportunity to have my first magazine release was amazing, and I have all the right to thank everyone who woke me up at 9am “Let’s get to work,” is how it all started.
If you want the same thing for the world, for a team, and for a job even, great communication and collaboration are needed. Do you tell your boss that you do your job better than them or another employee? Or, do you suggest assistance to your boss, or the employee that needs hit the most? I’m pretty sure you don’t because you’re more focused on yourself. See this man NTRS Urb takes on a lot daily. From being an uncle, a brother, someone I call MY brother, a hard worker, and a crazy producer, is absolutely amazing. Ya’ll know I’m about my sleep, but with the projects myself, him, and a few others he is working with takes time for somebody else, it takes no time for him. I’ve never seen a time where his phone doesn’t ring, or he isn’t in the lab whether it be a release of his own or a collab. The work ethic is amazing.
What’s also amazing is his mindset, and ambition to get things done. He has inspired me to have things done in a better timely manner, to work in different areas of the industry, and just no days off. After hours of studio sessions, replays, questions, and answers, I felt like I was studying for the major test in high school, but it was all worth it. Somebody was willing to sit down, and have patience teaching me more in-depth Jerseyclub? We need that, we need to improvise with our youth. When someone is coming to you, or attempting to be “down,” at this point you can pretty much tell if it’s sincere or not. Jersey Club has changed the life of so many people and inspired Artists, and once again we’re fighting against each other, not NTRS Urb. He’s more about working and getting our name back as a group, but not the type to beg. Extends a hand, a HELPING ONE, but will accomplish things on his own if need be. Almost everything released is based on “Send me that zip bro,” and it’s amazing.
Basically, it doesn’t take a writer to inspire a writer. Just like writers get writer’s block, producers get producer’s block. But what good is a writer if they don’t get more in-depth with writing. Writing is a part of art, just as music is. Stay tuned. 🤫
