What You Give Out, You Don’t Always Get Back…

You’re not going to like everyone you come across, and that’s okay, but when it comes to customer service and projects, work; now I personally don’t know you. It’s all about the work and the money, and that’s what most fail to realize. Use the proper mentality you have to progress.

Prime example, fast food restaurants are always interacting with one another. Sometimes the communication between a customer and team member isn’t so well. It’s not about wanting to smack one another because of misunderstandings, but the progression of you as a team member, and your team. Remember who and what you’re doing it for. Remember nobody’s perfect, I’ll be the first to admit, but I’m trying. Remember that nobody really forgets a good/bad encounter, but it’s not always about you.
