Daily Prompt Response:

What are you most worried about for the future?

Today’s world has become so “Idk if we’ll see each other tomorrow so I love you,” kind of generation. Tomorrow is literally never promised to the next person, so I focus on now, and what I can do to improvise myself for the future. I focus on what can make me better now, so my business and myself are set for the future, and whatever it brings. As a business owner, it can be stressful to run a business. You have customers, promo, dates of getting things done, financial management, and that’s only the start of it. This is what happens during the now, so I’m pretty much focused on things to prevent the now from happening in the future.

We never know what the future holds, we’re just to wake up each day. Live for the now, sicknesses have taken over the lives of many. I’m worried that the future won’t know how far we came to get to where we are. History brought us together as one in many aspects, we fought very hard for that, and I pray that it isn’t taken away from the upcoming generations. Education has become a lot different, teachers don’t take the time to sit and help focus on what that child may need help with, and neither does a parent at times. A tablet is not a learning material, kids have taught themselves ways of communication, and ways of dancing, in means that shouldn’t be done at this age, and unfortunately that has become the “norm”.

For the future, I’m worried for the population. Will they be able to sustain what we did to survive, or will it be better than us? Will the economy be able to provide better for the generations after us? You see worrying about the near future is selfish to me in my eyes, our ancestors didn’t worry about themselves during the things they did for us today. They fought for us all as one, and that’s what a lot of us forget. What do you hope for in the future?
