I can, I have, and I will. ✨

Daily writing prompt
What’s your favorite word?

A lot of people stand on negativity when they believe they are incapable of doing something. They tend to use the words “I can’t,” manifesting that whatever it is they are trying to do will not get done. If you constantly say you can’t do something, you are forcing yourself to not want to attempt to do what you think you can’t do. For the longest time, I believed that I couldn’t do anything because of me being disabled. I went on to graduate college, become a teacher, and so much more while even using the word can’t. It caused me to take a step back and examine myself. I had to look at where I came from to see where I am going. I started manifesting everything that I wanted and wanted to do. I started claiming it as “It’s mine,” “I can,” and “I will”. This caused me to do a lot more than I thought I could.

I ended up telling my story in three different magazines aside from my website, inspiring others by standing up for my medical condition, and my community. People eventually started doing the same, and now when I see people doubting themselves, even if it’s the smallest thing, I always acknowledge the fact that there are people watching your every move. And out of those millions of people, there is always one to be inspired by your story to keep them pushing, or watching you from afar, and cheering you on out of all the people watching. The others watching won’t speak upon anything until you make it to the top, and want to be a part of your success where as the others continue to clap for you regardless of the situation and want nothing out of it. You never know who is watching, and I strongly believe that’s what contributed to the success of my three magazine releases. I will say this, I can’t please everyone, I’m not always there when I should be, because if it’s hard to be there for myself, how can I do the same for you? The key is that I try. I never say I can’t. In some way shape or form, I’m also one of those people loudly clapping from behind in order for the next person to continue pushing. I’ve seen many situations where people just want to give up on many things, and I always remind them can’t isn’t a word. When seeing something that I want, but may not be able to get it, I claim it as mine. That’s a part of manifesting. I always state that I can, I will, and I have it, not I can’t, not I want, and not I need. When you speak good into existence, good happens. The power of prayer is amazing, not only yours, not only with your partner, not only with your child or dog, but a parent’s prayer goes a long way, especially when it’s within the greatness of their child’s path. Even without a parent’s prayer, as long as you are dedicated to that path, you will be just fine. Weapons will form, but they shall not prosper.
