So the other day I attended a going away service for a family member, and the reverend preached something that I never looked at from a different aspect. During funerals, we mourn the lose of our loved one, but this was different. Rev said when you love someone or something, you help it grow, and eventually set it free. My aunt loved me & helped me to grow in some way, as you do when you love others relationship or friend wise. Not everything lasts forever, don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.
Too often we don’t realize how the smallest things affect one another, and how to progress from it. Loosing someone isn’t always a bad thing, you continue to lead that legacy on in your own way. Just food for thought.
Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.
